2-Minute Chia Berry Jam

A quick, high-fiber yogurt bowl upgrade using chia seeds, frozen berries, and crunchy granola.

Most of us don’t need a brand new breakfast.
We’re looking for something that makes it a little better.

If yogurt and granola are already part of your routine,
this is an easy way to change it up without making your morning harder.

Our 2-minute chia berry jam takes frozen fruit
and turns it into something a little more special while staying nutritious.

The fruit adds natural sweetness
and the chia seeds add fiber that keeps you full longer.

Nothing complicated, a small upgrade that makes the whole bowl better.

The 2-Minute Upgrade

Warm up frozen berries in the microwave.
Mash and stir in chia seeds.
Let it thicken for a minute or two

It turns into a quick jam: soft, slightly warm, and full of flavor.

The jam adds a fresh, fruity layer.
The yogurt keeps it creamy and balanced.
The granola brings the crunch that makes it satisfying.

Not all granola holds up here.

You want real clusters, so it stays crunchy against the jam
and doesn’t disappear into the yogurt.

It’s the difference between a bowl you eat…and one you look forward to.

A good bowl comes down to balancing texture and flavor.  Something creamy, something flavorful, and something with real crunch.

This isn’t a one-time recipe.

It’s a small change you try once
and then start making more without thinking.
